Good jumprope
Not too heavy but just enough for a good workout. It held its own while working out in the rain.

Awesome weighted 3LB jump rope.
U just got this todat and it is freaking excellent I love it... but after using this 3 pounder my 1 lb weighted jump rope with bearings feels like nothing. It gets my heart rate soooo high i love it. I'll be shredded by the time my marathon comes. I may upgrade to a heavier rope soon 💪💪💪💪

Great add for sports activities
Great option to have for sports rope activities. It was a little difficult jumping with it, due to flimsy handles, but it will still get used in other ways for arm toning activities. Adding to my workout equipment for sure!
