My dog had been struggling with an upset stomach for a couple of days, she was absolutely fine in herself, no signs of pain or discomfort, eating and drinking fine but having liquid poops. So we decided to buy these and give it a few days along with a bland diet to see if anything changed or whether it needed to be a vet trip, within just a couple of days on the doubled amount we noticed a small change so we decided to stick with it and sure enough after about a week things were much better. We have dropped down to just the standard recommended amount now and will continue with that because they clearly do help the gut balance overall. She’s happy to eat them as a treat after her morning walk, they’re a good size, quite squidgy and could be broken up for smaller dogs. The tub itself is easy to get into, a screw lid with a foil film to keep the freshness in. Based on my dogs weight a tub will last a month and I think the price is reasonable, especially on subscribe and save.

Was a bit sceptical about this but gave it a go as there are so many but bugalugs is a known brand. We are now on our second pot (3 dogs) and a 3rd one has just arrived. They have made a real difference to the mucky ears, the paw licking and scratching. Dogs love them and that makes them a winner

**UPDATE** Now onto my second order of these pre/probiotics, because of the good affect theyve had on my puppy, its encouraged me to look at the benefits if human pro biotics for myself and just started myself on them. 😊 Looked alot into different things as I kept getting fobbed off by my vets, my labrador pup is now 10.5 months old, since we brought him home at 16 weeks (4 months) he had done nothing but constantly scratch, our hearts where breaking for him but we just kept getting told its just puppy scratching he will grow out of it, I wasnt having any of it so started researching and read alot about pre and probiotics and their beenfits. As always I bough bugalugs because I trust their products, when he first started eating them they made him stink but that faded after a week and is apparently normal whilst the body balances out the bacteria, you have to be patient with them they took atleast 2-3 weeks to do anything, but now I wouldnt look back, I can not believe the difference these made to our pup, he still straches like everyone does because everyone geys itches but its not extreme itching to the point hes yelping anymore. I had even put him on a raw diet incase it was a food allegy, hes thrived on that too, theyve not helped with diarrhea, but only has that when we have warm weather so im not concerned about that. I will say I didnt do the double dosage for 4 weeks like recommended and whilst they say give my dog for his weight 3 a day I give two one in his morning meal on in his evening meal.

With two dogs, digestive issues can be a real headache! I started giving both my pups Bugalugs Probiotic. I typically wrap their supplements in ham, but honestly, with the duck flavour of these, they gobble them down just on their own – which is a huge win! Their digestion seems much more settled overall, and it's super easy to just sprinkle on their food. Less upset tummies for them means a happier life for me!

I’m really impressed with the Bugalugs Probiotics for Dogs. Our puppy loves them and happily takes his one-a-day without any fuss, the taste must be great! Since starting them, his stomach seems much more settled, and we’ve definitely noticed a positive difference. A great natural supplement that actually works!

I have a shitzu he struggles with his gut a lot and can cause other issues like allergies, itching and licking. We bought this as he had very loose stools for around 2 weeks after a week we noticed a huge difference within the first few days his stool firmed and now 2 weeks later he is like a pup he has energy he is happy and the best thing he loves the chews he thinks they are a treat! His skin is much better they smell a bit funky but all dog products to I literally feed them too him like a treat as they are small! I love all buggerlugs products I swear by them!

Have used this product for a good few years, stomach issues (loose poo) are no longer a problem and on the plus side she thinks it's a treat. Usually bought from from local pet store, but this saves me £5 per tub!
