Did anyone who tried it find it worked as described?

I and my husband have taken the tea daily for the past 6 weeks and we like it. I’m asthmatic so I try things usually for a month or so and I haven’t had the coughing jags I usually have had in the past. I usually have it in the morning but my husband takes it as a nightly getting ready for bed with a cookie. We actually think it works for us but everyone is different and hope you all find something that works for you.

Does mullein tea help cough relief?

It stopped my cough within minutes, I could feel my bronchial tubes relaxing. It helps to loosen the chest congestion and no side effects. I used it like any herbal tea, I added splenda and powdered coffee mate, tasted fine.

How well does the mullein tea work for you? What are the benefits you have noticed? Any negatives with the tea?

I have used the tea for quite some time now and there have been no changes in how it works. I make the tea according to the directions, though sometimes I get distracted by something and it steeps longer. Nothing bad has ever come of that. I don't use sweetener with it. After a half an hour or less after finishing the cup, my chest is noticeably less tight. I use it because this place is perennially dusty and I am allergic to it and it makes me wheeze. I haven't had a chest cold, so I can't speak to how it works that way. But, the wheezing stops after a cup and lasts for several days. Mind, that is how it works on me.

How often should you drink this in order to enjoy the respiratory benefits it offers?

Husband uses it for asthma. One at night and sometimes during the day. He likes it. Improved sleep even his breathing seems better. Doctor approved it, no concerns. Delicious.

Great for Mixing With Other Teas

I drink this almost every day mixed with other tea leaves. Mullein has no real taste, so it blends easily. I’ve never had any issues with my lungs, but I enjoy adding this to my daily routine.
