Product arrived really quick, packaging was great! Product was easy to install, quick connectivity, design and comfort is great! But as for functionality, after I installed them into my motorcycle helmet I noticed one of the speakers is very soft or muffled, it’s barely half as loud as the other speaker. My product is eligible for return/replaced by July 19. I opened the product July 4. It is now July 7. I cant seem to contact the seller directly, but I requested a return/replacement through amazon. It drives me nuts riding and only one side of my helmet has music and the other side sounds more like a faint echo, if even that. I tried adjusting my settings on spotify and youtube music to see if it was the platform I use to stream my music but that isn’t the case. After a couple of days that faint speaker actually cut out for 10 minutes while riding. It continued to cut in and out during use before I reached out to customer support. I would like someone from Syphon Sound to contact me asap about this problem. I would like a replacement, if not, then a refund would suffice. Either or, id like to resolve this issue instead of waiting around not enjoying the product as it is intended. Update as of July 30, 2025: I got in contact with Travis from Customer Support of Syphon Sound. He was VERY helpful and kept an open line for communication. He advised me to send my unit to them and either they will fix my unit and resend me the same one back OR they will send me a new unit. I sent my faulty unit to their address (at my expense) on the 15th and it got there on the 21st. They sent another unit out to me on the 22nd and I received my new unit on the 26th. I’ve reinstalled them into my helmet on the 28th. So far, this unit works so much better than the first one. Both speakers are equally loud and clear. We shall see how well they hold up through time. I hope this is a new unit as I dont know for sure, if they just fixed my old one and sent me the same one back. If this unit craps out in under 6 months then I will know for sure that these speakers are not built to last. I will just have to wait and see how well they hold up. I REALLY hope it WON’T be the case of Skull Candy Brand headphones that are built with great sound but doesn’t last after a while. I messaged Travis for a follow up asking what was the issue with the first unit but he only told me the tech noted it was faulty with no other details or info that could’ve caused it to crap out on me. I will come back to edit this review if something happens in the near future. But for now, I will change my two star review to a 5 star review. Only because they corrected the problem and was very prompt with communication and quick to send me a “replacement” only after they received my unit. Second Update as of December 28, 2025. Speakers are holding up well, still loud and crisp. I use it 5 of 7 days a week. I ride to and from work daily on my bike as it is my only transportation. Always listening to music while I ride has transformed my riding experience. It’s safe to say that these speakers are great and I am still a satisfied customer. They handle well in rain, shine, wind, and everything in between.

SoundPro was very easy to install in my helmet, it took 10-15 minutes to complete the install. I am using these for my snowmobile helmet and they are loud enough to drown out the noise from my loud 4-Stroke. The only time it’s not been loud enough is when I am going 75mph or more. At that point the wind noise starts to drown out the music. The controls are very easy to use while riding and the battery lasted over 6 hours in real temps of -13F.

I just bought these and been using them for a week now. They suck!!! They let in too much sound from the muffler and wind (YES they were installed correctly). When I tried using on a phone call, other party said too much wind noise and my voice sounded muffled. It was also hard for me to hear what they were saying. Hefty price tag for something that doesn’t work correctly. May I add that even though you add their “bass” ear cushions, they really make no difference with or without them. I’d say these would be good for about $40 but for $200 HAHA hell no. Don’t waste your money

The comfort is like wearing a helmet with barely anything to disturb you, long rides are easy on the ears and great sound quality with no trouble of hearing over the sound of even my 2stroke dirtbike. After sometime I have noticed after a long time of having it, the control knob becoming a little sticky so it can be a lil hard to make sure it doesn't do anything you don't want like for example changing songs instead of just turning up the volume. After some use and getting used to being easy on the control it gets better

Price is a bit atrocious hence the 4 stars, but these are nice, fit well, easy install, good battery life and sound quality with easy controls

Great addition while riding, super loud and easy to control from just the side of your helmet way better than trying to find a button and to control your audio. I installed mine in a alpine star Sm5 helmet and I will say it took me forever to figure where to place them without them hurting my head and ears but if you lift up the cheek pads and put them about a quarter of the way under it they fit perfect

I really like the wire quality and length on them, they did that correct. The price and audio quality they did not. The difference between volume levels is way too big… anything over three is blowing your ears out, when it goes to like 10 or 15

Sounds clear and can get very loud. Bass is good with the attachment. Very comfortable, can't even tell they're inside your helmet. Volume knob is also easy to use while wearing gloves. Weather and shatter proof. Fully tested riding in harsh weather. If you're tired of earphones I definitely recommend these.

Really happy to have music in my helmet now, I can hear my music pretty clear up to around 160km/hr. Connects quickly to my phone and was super easy to install.

I've had three Sena units but the Syphon SoundPro wins with better sound quality and volume.

Awesome quality and simple to use. I did swap to a Cardo for the ease of switching between helmets for on road and off road riding. Be careful upon install that you don’t rip the cable out of a speaker. Simple and solid speakers for the price

Doesn’t fit in CKX Mission helmet. Can’t put the speakers low enough so they fit directly over the ears, the speakers are a little bit above, and thus the sound quality is terrible. Way too much treble and no bass at all. Can’t use the cushions to increase the bass either, the helmet doesn’t have enough width where the speakers go, they’re already pressing on my ears and hurt after an hour riding.
