Decided to buy this one because the bench was not attached. I can still use my bench and not take up any more space. What I like is lack of shoulder pain, and I still feel tension in my pecs. Great buy, and very simple to assemble.

For the price, it can’t be beat! It’s a little different than the GMWD version as you can see. The bench doesn’t attach to the machine itself, which I prefer, I use my own bench. I can go inside and do rows, and sit on the ground and do a proper shoulder press! Standing inside and doing shrugs feels so great as well!

Bends of the arms were off. Had to bend and hammer to make it work. One of the threads was not threaded well. Works, but quality control was bad. Would not recommend
