I often reads reviews before buying a product but in this instant I took a chance and guess what? It worked. When reading negative reviews you have to take a few things into consideration. Did the person change their diet at all, maybe they are still drinking pop and eating high calorie foods. You don't have to exercise with these but do you move at all? Before these pills I was watching my calorie intake. I googled a chart to figure out what my intake should be for my weight , height and my goal weight. Second I drank only water. This was something I had to teach myself because most people have a hard time mustering a lot of water. Second I made sure my last food intake was three hours before bedtime. This was hard for me because in my world tv and food go together. I didn't lose anything but my pride. So I figured I needed help and I had a lot of friends tell me Keto was the way to go. Well there are hundreds of different keto pills. So I researched each one. Careful not to buy any from an off company that is selling a generic version. Watch for the USD verified mark. This time I did all those things above and added keto. I stayed patient and guess what I am losing weight and my stomach is going down. The stomach was the big one. It didn't get there over night and It's not going away over night but my clothes are lose!! Those young kids I complained about when they show their underwear two inches above their pants? Im a male, 44 years old, 6'3 and 215. Before I started taking this I was hovering between 225 and 230 for about 6-months and couldn't seem to get under 225. Then I started taking this. I dropped down to 215 within a month. The results have been very noticeable. My metabolism cranks up using this and the weight loss is fast with not much change to my diet which consists mostly of poultry and salads (about 2 meals a day on average). And I'm not a gym freak (although I used to be). I go to the gym probably once a month (not very active), and I'll do some pushups every now and then, and I do an average amount of walking about 6,000 steps per day on average. But yet I lost 10 pounds in under a month with hardly no effort because of taking these pills. I take 2 per day (1 in the morning and 1 when I get home from work). I should mention that I take these in conjunction with L-Carnosine and CLA, which is probably why my weight loss was initially so dramatic. I ran out of both L-Carnosine and CLA, but I still take the 7-Keto and it still works to help me lose weight even without the other supplements, because I tend to binge eat every now and then which is why I'm still hovering at 215, but my new goal is to lose 15 more pounds and get down to 200 and that's when I'm going to hit the gym to put on muscle and the perfect bod. I've been buying this for almost a year, and was happy with results. I tried for years to lose 10 lbs, and nothing changed except this item, so I would say "very successful". Sadly, I can no longer purchase this item as the price has DOUBLED since my first purchase.........the way of the world, and its seems no company is exempt from greed.

I took this capsules while I was with the help of a nutritionist and working out with heavy weights 4 days a week. Pros: - it reduces my appetite each capsule holds it up to 4 hours, I take 2 capsules a day Cons: - not a big change in my body fat percentage. Whereby I don’t think they support fatty acid metabolism as the description in the bottle says - I bought 3 bottles for a total cost of $75, by now each bottle is the double of the price No side effects noticeable. No change in energy levels. Give it 3 starts only because of the reduce in appetite. After taking the 3 bottles probably not buying again

I purchased this to aid in my small weight cut. I am not overweight, I was 6' 180lbs but wanted to drop to 170 for a climbing trip. I am super active so my plan was to slightly increase output at the gym and clean up my diet ( no sugar, no chips/snacks, wine instead of beer on weekends ). I am at 171 with 10 days left before the trip so it worked in that regard. What I want to say is, while I dont know for sure this aided weight loss, it 100% allowed me to increase my output at the gym. I was pretty much sore all the time before adding this supplement. Not only did it fix that, but allowed me to increase output and still remain muscle and join soreness free. I feel 10 years younger tbh, elbows, shoulders and knees feel perfect. I must have been swimming in cortisol and this supplement fixed that. Highly recommended for super active older athletes.

If I give it negative stars I would. There should be a warning on this Product as it first makes your stomach fill up with gas. With only the second dose in the same day it required my wife to drive me to the emergency room. My blood pressure rose to 183 over 110 that is quite alot over my normal blood pressure. I could barely see through my eyes as they got red. The doctor explained this is because the pills made my veins open completely and started shivering like crazy. This is by far the worst allergic reaction that I ever gotten from one Product. I paid $250 for ER visit plus final bill to arrive at home in about 45 days. This happened on Saturday and it is now Monday evening and my eyes are still a bit red. I will possibly need to go to get an eye examine as well.

I've given this a run for its money by keeping my diet consistent before taking it, while taking it, and while not taking it for a few weeks. When I first started taking it, I reduced my sugar intake to next to nothing but I still wasn't seeing any weight loss. I noticed a difference after 2 or 3 weeks of taking it, and over the next 3 months, I lost 10 lbs without changing my diet. I stopped taking it for about a month and I didn't gain the weight back. I'm still looking to lose more weight, so I will continue taking it, but it's not like one of those supplements that you have to continue taking or you'll gain the weight back.
