I was lucky to live on Kauai for a couple of years. The single largest coffee plantation in the United States is located there. That is when I first learned and came to love peaberry coffee. Now it’s my preferred coffee. This is the second I’ve tried from Tanzania and they couldn’t be more different. This is way too finely ground for drip/pour over/french press brewing. It makes for a muddy coffee experience albeit still with great flavor. If you’re looking for a great espresso grind this is for you. If not, there are better options.
