A Quality Medical grade device in my view! My client broke his back in the '70s & told me 45 years ago, to get what he was *prescribed during his spine healing. He sent link to this recently. Tighten it laying on your back to never over stress the little rachet system & only increase later on floor or bed or can harm rachet if too much..but looks replaceable. I had to adjust it a lot by moving screws to fit my body as needed. Chest & sides. This design is the only brace that allows me, at 73, to vacuum, walk, play Hours of long distance Frisbee, continuing working at my 50 yr trade crouching low for hours on car low car interiors that caused my major back problems. This holds me much more erect & I can function using it as needed. Or I get bent over by my back and sends me to recliner! You can breathe & eat without sweating back brace crushing those areas and causing fungal lesion sore I get with all braces. *His Doctor prescribed brace had a little crank on the hip with nylon string pulley system the pulled his shoulders back preventing bending while spine healed. Love to find one of those for temporarily locking spine straight at any required tasks. But it no doubt had a full body wrap around brace squeezing lungs, stomach...bad for Acid Reflux I have crouch working.
