Difficult to get correct dose in pippet due to thick consistency!
Although tasting ok the liquid is very thick and extremely sticky and does NOT come out of the pippet easily so dosing is difficult, so much so that I ended up having to use a childrens medicine syringe to draw up the correct amount.

Please read and research the use of this supplement before taking. B 12, B6 and B1 are only absorbed and benifit the user in a certain form. Ordinary B vitamins will benitit some but not all.
