SB SOX Compression Socks (20-30mmHg) for Men & Women Large Black/Gray

I have purchased and used many different compression socks on the advise of doctors after suffering a DVT. My initial impression of these are that they are excellent. Just the right size, great quality and comfortable to wear. Some are far too tight around the top of the sock but these are just right. Another big plus is the very reasonable price. Almost half of what I have paid for comparable socks. I will be buying more.

I first bought a pair of these socks when I went on a long haul flight as my ankles & feet tend to swell up making my legs feel uncomfortable. I was so pleased with the result that I have now purchased another pair. Not only do they relax my legs but they keep your feet lovely & warm. They also help reduce the swelling. I also found the guide to buying the right size extremely usual as I used the calf size which many of these type of socks don't offer.

After finding I will have to wait THREE WEEKS to be measured for prescription compression socks, I ordered a pair of these and ... they just work. I've been afflicted with a progressive and thus-far undiagnosed form of dystrophy of my calves, shins and plantar muscles, IOW my lower legs, and for several months oedema/swelling has been plaguing me. These socks are already, on day-one, showing themselves to be a God-send, and I will be ordering several more pairs.Edit >> re. sizing; I'm male, 10 (UK) feet with average calves and the size L socks provide what seems to be exactly the right amount of compression - most of the time I'm unaware that I'm wearing them, even of the band at the top, which leaves a only a very slight indent when I take them off at the end of the day.

Bit too tight. Prefer the less compression version

I have been wearing compression stockings for more than forty years of various makes and these are very comfortable to wear. My first impression was of stockings much more expensive than these are. The are patternedtoo which is welcome after years of just plain. On the box they are marked women's and I thought I ordered men's, there can't be much difference as you can't tell they are not men's.

Bought this on behalf of my husband friend. straight away he wear it all day . it was very comfy and helps his swollen feet and ankles. I highly recommend.

Great value for compression socks. I could tell the difference immediately- as I’d tried cheaper ones recently. I’ve made 2 orders now. My swelling has reduced massively - and is definitely noticeable after a long day on my feet- when before my ankles would just balloon. They are thick, strong cool in summer and warm in winter. Recommended.

Following surgery to my achilles tendon and swelling problems these SB Sox have been brilliant. I further slightly damaged my achilles tendon and needed some extra support and after trying many other options these compression socks where by far the best. I would strongly recommend them to all like myself except when I tried to order another pair much to my disappointment they were out of stock! Hopefully not for too long!
