GOLDENMATE 12V 20Ah LiFePO4 Lithium Battery, IP67 Waterproof, Lightweight

I have been running the GOLDENMATE 12V 30Ah LiFePO4 battery for a little while now and it has performed better than expected. The biggest thing I noticed right away is how lightweight it is compared to a traditional lead acid battery. That alone makes a big difference when installing or moving it around. Performance has been solid. It holds a steady voltage and provides consistent power without the drop off you usually see with older battery types. I have used it for small electronics and light outdoor setups and it has handled everything without any issues. The built in BMS gives some peace of mind knowing it has protection against overcharge, over discharge, and short circuit situations. The build quality feels good and the IP67 waterproof rating is a nice feature, especially if you are using it in a boat or outside where it could be exposed to the elements. Charging has been straightforward as long as you are using a compatible lithium charger. The capacity is true to what is advertised, but like any 30Ah battery you need to understand its limits. It is great for smaller setups, but not something you want to rely on for heavy draw equipment over long periods. Overall, it is a dependable lithium battery that does exactly what it is supposed to do. If you are looking for a lightweight, long cycle battery for light to moderate use, this is a solid option.

I got very tired of replacing the lead acid batteries in several old APC UPS's on site here. I tried a few different batteries in an attempt to swap to lifepo without much luck, but these did the trick. They've currently been running in an APC 1500VA unit for about 4 months. The run time increased by about 60%, they are operating normally having carried the unit through several power outages, and I'm looking forward to a much kinder replacement cycle for them in general. I'm impressed and will be swapping these in as other lead acids fail. Disclaimer: I am not an electrical engineer and there have been reported problems swapping lifepo into UPS units. These worked great in my use case, but don't burn your house down from reading Amazon reviews.

I pleasantly surprised with these batteries. I’ve had them close to a year now and they are still working perfectly. I have two of them mounted on my fishing kayak for running my fish finder, nav lights and my GoPro USB mounts. I can do a 4 day camping trip and use my kayak all day, everyday and not have to worry about charging, since I have them wired in parallel to make 40ah.

Great battery. I use it for my trolley motor on my jon boat. Good battery life.

Upgraded my UPS to get extended run time during power outages. I replaced the standard batteries with these LifePo4 units and they work great. The float charge profile for the UPS keeps the batteries at optimum level. Great price too.

Smaller than I thought it fine just need to get a good battery charger

Power for days. Seems to have near rated capacity. Runs power wheels for a couple hours no issues. Holds power/speed better for climbing hills. This bad dog is certainly not IP67 but might be cracking IP54 comfortably -- it's more dust and splash resistant, and I'd hesitate for a good long while (and re-think my life) if I ever thought about dunking this bad dog under water. Shucks.

These trickle chargers are awesome. My husband uses one on his diesel truck batteries and our SUV battery. Keeps them fully charged during the cold winter months in Wyoming.
