Are you tired of touch screens, and tablets that spy on you. Fear no longer for this device does everything you could possibly need it to do. The antenna that it comes with is very bare minimum and I really do recommend getting a larger vhf antenna so you can get a lot more channels. Batteries last some where around 2 hours and their is no warning it will just shut off. I found an old 12v CCTV lipo battery and that should get me a few hours more before needing to recharge. I would avoid using the onboard battery unless necessary and default to externally connected device like a solar battery or car charger. Besides that it will play music,movies,pictures,etc off USB. The best perk of all is real tactile push buttons,they feel cheap but they work. The speakers suck and they face away from you so using headphones or external speaker is gonna sound way better. All in all I really like this little screen it's versatile and very portable about the size of a hard cover book.managed to find an old portable dvd player bag the holds it and the larger antenna perfectly.

Overall, I absolutely love this tiny television. Here’s a list of my pros and cons of it. Pros: - It’s small and portable - It has a rechargeable battery - It has a traditional television remote, not some tiny, cheap coin battery operate remote - The screen resolution is really good - It gets great television signal with standard antenna and amazing signal with a house antenna. - I like the different sources you can play from, especially the HDMI. - I like it has a USB-A port so I can power an Amazon FireStick with it and plug the FireStick into the HDMI port - I like the several attachments that came with the television - The buttons on the screen cover all the functions on the television, except for tuning a FM station - It has pretty good quality with the television, remote, screen, and software Cons: - The screens viewing angle is narrow and you have to look directly at it to get an evenly lit picture - I’ve been able to only get about 2.5 hours of battery life. - The speakers sound quality is fair, but the sound controls don’t do anything. The bass, treble, surround sound don’t do a thing, even with external speakers - The screen is bright despite the picture controls. It’s fine in the daytime, but is really bright for nighttime use. - The av out does not work. I have read the manual and did some research and it still doesn’t display the televisions screen onto another screen. - If you press the menu button on the television while on the FM radio, it will automatically clear all preset stations and save every available station. Which is nice unless you already saved a few stations.

Good TV, works just as expected. I will say this though, it does not work while moving, so if you want to put it in the back seat of your mini van so your kiddos can watch over the air TV while you're running errands, then this is not the unit for you. I use it so i can take it room to room in my house when I'm watching something and moving around.

wow! portable, small footprint/but large screen, many accessories! I was curious about small t.v.'s and always wanted one.Power goes out in my area 2-3 times in a summer, so I bought this to watch local news when that happens. Upon opening I was surprised to see all the included antennas, remote, batteries, cables ect...! I connected the magnet mount antenna to scan channels and was able to get 64 channels.....you know all the locals and the .1's channels. the picture of this tv is so very clear! the speakers are a bit "tinny" but that's ok-I plugged in headphones and that sound very well!! I wanted you to see the quality of the picture, so I took pics with this against my vizio 70". I get best recepition with the non telescopic antenna. But after channel scanning I switched to the telescopic antenna/and some weak signals show pixels as complained by other reviewers here. For the $ this thing is amazing! The "lines" you see in some of my pics were picked up by my iphone camera/they are not there while viewing.
