Will these fit well on a 15x10 wheel?

They should as long as you get the appropriate width (cross section) size. In other words don't expect a 205/xxR15 to fit but a 255/xxR15 +/- a width size should be fine.

How do they fit on 15×8 wheels?

Fit great. I also ordered 2 of the 275/60R15 for the rear and mounted those on the same size rim and those bulge a bit out of the rim but the tire integrity and ply durability, hold great and dont have play on the side walls when I take turns at high speeds. MasterCraft is the new BFG and i highly recommend them.
