If you were serious about your health and maintaining a proper body weight, I highly recommend this product. I have had the strawberry and just recently purchased the the the strawberry, cherry, soursop flavors. I do the recommended amount of 2 tablespoons. I prefer to take mine in the morning. It is a part of my morning routine as well as eating, healthy and drinking plenty of water.

I am 72 years old and I like TrueSeaMoss because of the effect it has on my lungs. I wake up breathing easier with clearer lungs. My overall health is very good. There was a recall on this product and I tried another brand. I wasn’t feeling the results I needed so now I am back with the reliable and effective TrueSeaMoss. I take about a tablespoonful twice a day as my regular routine. The taste is fine, I like the strawberry.

First time trying seamoss gel. Happy with my purchase. The taste was not so good as some reviews stated could've had more strawberry flavor but you get use to the flavor. I planned to try the soursop, apple cinnamon and pineapple flavor. It's been a week and three days. Has helped with stomach bloating and a few other things.

Every time I try to use this product I receive it SO Hot from the Texas heat. It's not good, and it's actually a really good product for my daughter.!

Taste needs to be more strawberry but otherwise it’s great.
