This notebook is perfect for a household journal and keeping up with various tasks. There are a lot of pages, so I imagine I'll be using it for a good year or more. The spiral makes it easy to write on one page at a time without having to take up your whole lap, although it does make it slightly difficult to create open spreads (such as calendar pages, which require both sides of the open notebook). That's a minor inconvenience though. I like that it comes with a matching ribbon for a bookmark, and I can add or remove as many extra ribbons as I like. Personally I prefer to use sticky tabs, but it's great to have options. The pocket in the back comes with stencils I probably won't use, but they're cute. I wish the pocket was deeper so they wouldn't fall out all the time though. It makes me not want to keep anything in the pocket. The removable ruler is the best! I use it for drawing straight lines in the notebook and then put it back in easily. Overall it's a great notebook and I'm excited to keep using it!

Great, sturdy notebook. I use mine for a gardening journal/planner but I could see using this for school and other precise note keeping situations. Plenty of pages and with just the right markers, there's no bleed through. I am already thinking about ordering another one. Price was decent and the color options were good.

I rarely write reviews immediately. I opened this notebook about 10 minutes ago, and I am VERY pleased. My first book comes out this spring, and the main notebook I used for the long, long process, was by Miquelrius. A4 size, hundreds of pages, sections, with a sort of plastic cover. They don't make them anymore! It's been difficult to find a notebook that is large, has over 200 pages, and has nice grid paper. I am ready to shout this one from the rooftops – it ticks all my boxes. I am not a fountain pen user, so I can't speak to that, but my hand writing in my standard pilot 700 pen looks great on this paper. The cover is heavy. It comes with a nice ribbon for a bookmark and a bunch of colored tabs and even a little ruler that you can snap into the spiral binding. I was hesitant because I figured at this price point, it was not going to be great. And I feel absolutely satisfied that I have found the notebook I need as homebase for my next book project. Thank you, EMSHOI! You are filling a major gap in the notebook market.

I love it! This was just perfect for what I needed. The size of the paper was great and I love the thickness of the paper.

This is an almost perfect bullet journal. I only had the small complaint. The binding keep me from placing the last pages perfectly flat. They ended up being raised where closest to the binding and this made it difficult to write on that page unless the journal was folded back until only a single side was shown. This defeated my purpose of wanting to put a week-view calendar in the back of my journal. The pages are consistent throughout. The number of pages is awesome. In fact, it does get a little challenging to write on a page when most of the other pages are beneath it as it's nearly an inch off the table, but that's a minor annoyance for such a beautiful notebook. I liked it so much that I bought a second one as a backup just in case they went out of production. I'm too embarrassed to admit how many journals I sampled before coming across this one.

Book is good quality. It has very thick pages, I like the little loop for my pen which seems to be strong annd each page features dotted lines, a date header, and is numbered. It’s a pretty good choice for the price. The reason for me giving four stars is I didn’t receive anything but the book. I thought I was also going to get the little tabs as well (the one in the picture is from my personal stash, as the rings are pretty flexible and bend super easy, which can be a little frustrating when I was looking for a book to stuff into my purse, that is basically the size of the book.

I love this book...it's so pretty to look at and made well.

Nice notebook. No content pages like described, but you can just make your own with the first few pages. The string and the double elastic provide plenty of bookmarkers. Very nice quality.
