My feet have been hurting lately, especially my heels. These products have been amazing. Even straight out of the freezer, they aren't uncomfortably freezing cold. They stay at a comfortable, cooling temperature and keep my feet cool for a long time. I absolutely love them.

I use this as a warm compress for a busted vein in my hand from an overzealous nurse. Heats up well in the microwave, stays warm 20m. It has a thumb hole to make it easy to wrap, I could do it even with my other hand in a cast. Velcro holds it in place. Also good for neck, over shoulder, or around bicep. I've never used it cold. Be sure to press it to make sure one area isn't too hot.
