The computer arrived well ahead of the expected delivery date. I purchased it as a replacement for my aging Beelink — my first one — which I had used exclusively as a Linux machine. So I wasted no time running Windows 11; instead, I swapped the NVME drive (I bought the 1TB version, replacing the 2TB from the old unit) and set it up as my main Debian 13.3 machine. The speed is incredible and no-nonsense. The small footprint and near-silent operation were a pleasant relief — noise level was one of my biggest concerns, as quiet running is one of the standout qualities of my older SER 5 (which, by the way, is still very much usable). Just a quiet humming, ideal for one that hears music or play games (not my case). Since the first thing I needed to do was perform a bit of "brain surgery" — swapping the NVMe drives — I got a good look inside, and I was genuinely impressed by how well-designed the internals are. The manual, as usual, leaves something to be desired and is not for the faint-hearted, but for anyone who has been building their own computers for years, that's nothing out of the ordinary. I wholeheartedly recommend this machine as a true "one size fits all" solution for the demanding user who needs serious performance in a compact package. A no-brainer choice!

So far everything works great. I had an issue when I used the minipc for the first time after updating window 11. The settings told me that memory was only 12 gb, not the 16 gb that the minipc advertised. I did contact the seller. Their response was quick, like within hours. 4gb of the 16 gb was shared with integrated graphics card. They showed me how to change the allocated memory to graphics card in the bios. I changed that from allocated 4 gb to auto. Once i rebooted, the memory available is 15 gb (with 1 gb for graphics and other system use). That works for me. The pc is really fast. I am doing dual booting with windows and linux. I actullay installed Terabyte Ltd. software called bootit uefi, that allows not only dual boot, but also many other operations like partition work, editing boot menu, and the best of all, image of the operating system that can be stored on an attached external drive. In summary this was a great buy for a reasonable price, and the seller is excellent with technical support.

It's compacts size and versatility are great. Speed ouch operation and capacity has allowed me to utilize three monitors for work, store and move files efficiently. Great price for what you get. Plug and play. Has an optional mounting bracket to place on the back of a monitor for additional space saving. My only complaint is personal, I wished I had bought one with more ports and possible card readers. The monitors and a dongle or two take up all of the ports and an additional hub may not communicate or support all functionality.

Worked great. I downgraded too windows 10 and the wifi stopped but im using it on a hardwire as a 2nd pc works great

A good mini pc for the price. Came with some faulty RAM that caused it to repeatedly crash. I had some spare RAM laying about which I swapped in and that seems to have fixed those crashing issues. Will eventually upgrade the size of the m.2 and max RAM to 64GB.
