Total disappointment - Misleading product information
Where can I start, the item is described as easy to install. However, the three way valve and the bolts that fix the seat to the toilet are not UK Standard, which means that after lengthy time spent finding out why they don’t fit, we had to go and buy new ones that are suitable for UK toilets and UK plumbing pipes. This is additional cost and time waisted, which the seller doesn’t tell you.Additionally, the product is advertised as “Slow down & Soft Close”, which was the case initially, but in less than one month the mechanic of slow close no longer works.My experience buying this item has been awaful, and my advice is to pay a little more and get a better quality product.

Does the job.
Good product good fit, feels solid enough. This replaced a different bidet device which went under a standard toilet seat; because it did not fit perfectly it eventually bent and cracked. This one incorporates the seat and bidet in one so looks a lot better and is more compact; expect this to last longer. Works well and water pressure for cleaning is adequate. No leaks detected so far.Soft closing seats plus being able to remove the seat easily for cleaning is a added bonus. If you already have the plumbing connections already then fitting is a 10 minute job.Also seller 'Ybaymy21' was helpful to when sorting out a minor issue.

One of the best thing I have bought in my life
I would give a 5 stars if the lady spray can be softer. But generally speaking I am really satisfied with this product! It changed my life. All you need to practice is how to make some movement to wash cleaner in a more comfortable way, and how to control the spray water power to serve your purpose. It looks good, functions well, I could have given it a 5 star if I was not a very picky person! Hope it lasts long, then I have bought one of the best thing in my life. Save energy and paper, live a much healthier life. I strongly recommend this product.
