The FitBeast hand exerciser is a great set of "tools" designed to help you develop grip/hand strength. It has a number of items in a pouch that allow for strengthening your hands. These exercises include squeezing a spring-loaded handle which works all the fingers together, another device with individual plungers that allow you to grip with one finger at a time, a heavy rubber ring which is great for working the web between your forefinger and thumb, a dense rubber ball for general squeezing, and a heavy rubber loop that you slide over your fingers and try to expand your grip, working different forearm muscles. Like many people, as I age, I am losing hand strength. This FitBeast kit is a good antidote at a very good price. --Old Guy

The product broke after some use. The shock was when I looked at the broken parts they were all made of plastic without any metal.
