Great Little Controller
I absolutely love this little controller. It's got such a great feel. I've used this for both Mario Kart World and Smash Ultimate. I didn't notice any latency or input lag, and it is very easy to switch between inputs. It was able to connect to Windows with ease, and to my Switch 2 WITHOUT updating the firmware. IMPORTANT NOTE - I wasn't able to get the Ultimate Software (8bitdo's controller firmware updating and button input / macro software) to recognize this controller and was unable to to update the firmware. I tried everything, no luck. I've read online that the SN30 Pro controllers sometimes have issues being recognized by their software. But, as stated above, the controller connected to my Switch 2 with no issues whatsoever, so still 5 stars from me.

A must have for any tech gaming enthusiast, an easy choice for light travel while offering a full range of controls and features. Swaps between my Phone, switch , and steamdeck with ease. Must have.

Good controller; analog sticks are a little uncomfortable to use.
I'm not personally used to where the analog sticks are on the controller (I'm not a PS player), so I find them uncomfortable to use overall, but the controller itself is well made. It's sleek, slim, and portable making it easy to slot into space on a desk. I've had absolutely no issues with connectivity through bluetooth either, meaning I can just pick it up off the desk, turn it on, and game. I wouldn't recommend the controller for heavy modern games unless you like the placement of the analog sticks over the Xbox placement, but I would recommend the controller for retro gaming or indie titles.

It works on everything! It actually does what it says it does.
Okay gamers - You need to know this info - I have tried some of the different gamepads on the market - I have now 6 different ones. I was looking for a unit that could be android, apple, and PC with Xbox config…. This is the only gamepad that I have found that actually works on everything I own and is great to travel with and especially on planes. This is a great product!!! I have tested on android, PC, iOS, and finally on the switch - guess what - universal success. Quality is awersome.

Preferred over the CKRD Neo controller
This control is PERFECT!!! I bought it so i could play Fornite on my mobile devices (Samsung Fold 3 & Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra). It handles beautifully. The controller & buttons are very responsive and i have not experienced any lag whatsoever. The contoller fits perfect in the hand and is not bulky in anyway. I bought a CKRD Neo controller after this one to keep at work so i can play during lunch (and because i always wanted one), but i wish i wouldve rather just bought a second Genki 8Bitdo. I think i still will and keep the CKRD as a back up for my Switch. The Genki x 8Bitdo Pocketpro is so sleek and the joysticks are nice and tight and not as wobbly feeling as the CKRD. Its probably just gaming preference because with these 1st person shooter type games you want you joysticks responsive as possible to move and look quickly. I feel with the CKRD controller you have to move the joystick more to get the same type of action. Im not bashing the CKRD Neo controller, i just prefer this one. The CKRD is far more bulkier. If youre at a cross between the 2 like i once was for mobil gaming, stick with this one, the Genki x 8Bitdo Pocketpro is the way to go!

Small, Portable, Cute
I love this little gamepad. It’s small and portable. It’s nice to look at. And it works great. I like that it has different modes, which causes to appear as either an Xbox controller, or as a switch controller, or a generic game pad. The main benefit is that it is very compatible with many platforms. For example, Xbox mode works great with Steam. I have only one complaint — I really wish the shoulder triggers were analog.

A good little controller
Vibrations aren't fantastic but good enough for it's size. Just like a SNES controller

Best aftermarket controller Brand
I've been using this for a few weeks as I usually get through the "honeymoon" phase before I write a review on something, especially a tech product. I honestly feel this isn't exclusive to just retro gamers, anyone who needs a Bluetooth controller can benefit from purchasing one of these. I don't want to give them any bright ideas but this honestly feels like they could charge a lot more for this controller given it's compatibility and build construction, I've had 0 issues so far. After buying cheaper controllers from other sketchy manufacturers I can confidently say 8Bitdo offers some quality hardware for the price point.
