Panasonic television 65 inch
The first thing I’ve never ordered a Television online before so I was a little nervous about it but after it was delivered with care I totally recommend it for everyone who’s a little bit worried about it. After I got it I opened it and put it together real quick and plugged it in and the connections were easy to use and the remote was easy to access all of the channels and internet access, I was able to download all of my setting with ease, the weight of the TV was easy enough for me to lift out of the box but I do recommend to have two people to get it out and to put the stand on and place it on your tv stand. All that said the TV is functioning properly and a brilliant picture, I couldn’t be more pleased with its performance and quality. I recommend this TV. Price wise is very reasonable.

A Quality Brand With a Solid Reputation
For starters, I've always been a Panasonic fan. I did a lot of research before settling on this TV. I bought it to replace a 48" LG-C3 OLED, which I had for 18 months and realized I preferred a 55" screen. Price wise, you can't do better for the same class of an OLED. The build quality is excellent. I don't find the image too dark as what some are saying. I never get direct sunlight, and I prefer watching in a dim to dark room anyway. Even when I have on my overhead halogens, the picture is fine. The settings are good right out of the box, but I did have a friend come over who is a tech wiz and he help me set up my Apple TV to it - and the settings DO matter on that device if you want the brightest and sharpest image. Remember, it all depends on what content you are watching and how it was mastered. I do prefer my Apple TV over the Fire TV OS, but it's just my preference. Fire TV works just fine. I have a Sonos soundbar connected to it which works great, however when switching inputs there tends to be a lag of up to 30 seconds before the sound and screen "coordinate" with each other, resulting in a black screen and no sound. When not using the soundbar, there is no lag when switching inputs. Could be different with other soundbar brands. The TV speakers are pretty decent for a TV, but not in the same league as a good soundbar. Movies look superb on the screen, and I watch a lot of older content and the upscaling is amazing. Sure, I could have spent 2K + for a brighter model, but I wasn't looking for that price range so I'd say the Z85 is a pretty safe bet with a company that has a good solid reputation.

An impressive yet reasonable step up (a soundbar might be a good investment)..
Amazon deiivery left it at my front door, and with the help of a guy who was cutting the grass, we hauled it upstairs, unboxed it, attached the stand, lifted the assembly unto a dresser, put the enclosed batteries in the remote, and-- voila!-- in less than 30 minutes we had a perfect picture (wirelessly, no adjustments to TV). The toughest decision was choosing between this TV and the similarly priced LG set. In the end, sentiment (Panasonic's re-entry after a 10-year hiatus) and the Japanese connection (as opposed to Korean) led to my selection. The set looks great though the OLED picture, at least initially, did not blow me away). That was 2 weeks ago. My now the Panasonic has me totally spoiled. Compared to my LED sets (by Sony and Samsung), the picture comes on much faster and with a brilliance that pops out into the upstairs room, even with morning sun coming in through 2 windows. The sound is good though somewhat uneven to my musical ears. The bass frequency is present, though it's not the big theater-bass that a sub-woofer could supply. The only annoyances (minor): 1. The value of the included Fire TV switch was lessened by my Spectrum cable subscription (legal regulations prevent Fire from carrying the Spectrum app. But a Roku switch worked just fine. 2. The audio quality is over-promised by the description, which must apply to the optional neck speakers or a good soundbar. I plan to purchase the latter not for an immersive experience but to bring out announcerw' voices (during Olympic figure skating and college basketball games). All in all, a very reasonable step up to big screen TV and OLED technology (which I'd been following for 20 years, or ever since Sony premiered an OLED set with a tiny screen at a much bigger price).

Great value
I have had this TV for over a year now. I did have some connection issues at first but those seem settled or I have learned how things work. I have Fire TV so it gets confusing when tuning in local channels. This TV will show the Fire TV version and the antenna version on the guide. I'm never quite sure which one I am tuning into. As far as the picture goes, I am more than satisfied. With some tweaking, I was able to get the colors more natural. Not that the default was oversaturated but maybe the tint was a little off from what I felt was a natural coloration. Of course the content matters too and will vary widely but I was able to find a happy medium that looks great overall. My previous TVs were Panasonic plasmas from around 2010 and I am still using one of those for another week until my 2nd OLED arrives. They actually still work great and have nice deep black levels but the OLED panels rank right there with them and have a much clearer picture (and use much less electricity, don't have the slight buzz that developed with bright scenes, and give off less heat.)

One good set and one terrible. Replacement good.
Bought one of these TVs a few weeks ago and it was perfect, I had Panasonic Plasma TVs in the past and this OLED TV was the first one I've gotten since to live up to the old plasma TVs, and the built in sound is better than most soundbars, it even has a built in subwoofer. I loved it so much I ordered a second one for another room. Unfortunately the second one has horrible dark spots and a much brighter horizontal line of pixels that's really noticeable in dark scenes like the ones in the pictures I attached. It forms what looks like a sideways cross and is really distracting. I tried looking up fixes online and some suggested a break in period requiring 100hrs of hdr content to fully wake the pixels up so I spent the last week playing HDR nature videos as much as I could and it didn't help in the slightest. It still has the distracting sideways cross look in dark scenes. I finally saw that someone mentioned checking a dark grey screen to fully see what was happening, it looks like giant portions of the TVs pixels are half as bright as the other pixels on this TV and the cross shape comes from the pixels that are fully awake contrasting against these extra dark spots, plus there's a really weird pink glow, I took a picture of this as well for this review. I did the same test on the original TV I got a week prior and it looked perfect, with all the pixels looking like the brighter pixels from the second set. It's wild to me that I ended up with one absolutely gorgeous and perfect screen and another one that has horrible black blotches that outline a bright sideways cross shape with glowing pink around it. Everytime I watch a dark scene I feel like I'm staring at a swedish flag reflection. Very disappointed in the second set I got, and never thought I'd say that about a Panasonic TV. Amazon doesn't seem to have any in stock anymore either so I'm probably not going to be able to get a replacement from them. Hopefully it will get better in the next 100hrs, but at this point I doubt it and am probably stuck with a $1000 dud. Update: I got a replacement for the bad set and the new one looks great. So two out of three were good. I must have gotten a defective unit with the second set. Adjusting my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

Panasonic, wow!!! ❤️
Just had my new Panasonic Z85 OLED 65” TV delivered and set up by Amazon Delivery. It is replacing a ten year old Samsung. Out of the box with no adjustments and streaming from an Apple TV, the picture looks AMAZING!!!! It is bright and vibrant with great and natural looking colors. I included a picture but it does NOT do this tv justice. It truly is a sharp and beautiful picture! Awesome quality! This picture looks better than the LG and TLC tvs I saw at Best Buy. I highly recommend this TV! ❤️❤️❤️ Note: some have said the picture is not as bright as other tvs but IT LOOKS FANTASTIC! I’m watching it next to a window at 3:00 in the afternoon and reflections are very minimal. I don’t notice any reflections really unless I look for them. Again, the picture I posted with this review really doesn’t do this tv justice. Buy this and don’t think twice! It’s Panasonic so it’s built great, looks beautiful, and it comes with a great little sound system on the back of it with just enough bass to enjoy but not wake the neighbors. 😍😍😍 LOVE IT!!!!!

Major Hassle and Headache
Most of my review and rating revolves around the seller. It took three attempts to receive a functioning tv. The first arrived with a cracked screen, and the second wouldn't turn on. The seller (Beach Camera) helped but made it more inconvenient than it had to be. They wouldn't just send a replacement, I had to place a whole new order as well as return the defective tv and wait for the refund. When I finally received my tv and it worked, the price had gone down and I asked to price match, the seller refused. This was an incredible inconvenience and hassle. As for the TV, the picture quality is great, just a little darker than I imagined, even after adjusting the settings. Also hate the Amazon Fire interface on the television. Solid tv if you find it for the right price, just beware of ordering it through Beach Camera

Amazing 4K Ultra-HD OLED Fire TV!!
When I ordered the Panasonic Z85A (this TV) I was nervous because I never ordered a TV online before and was scared at first because I thought it was gonna get broken during the delivery process since it was 55 inches. Also, I didn't even purchase a protection plan either! But luckily, it arrived from FedEx in 4 days without any issues. This is currently the best TV I've ever had! It's got incredible picture as well as other specs that my previous 43" 4K LG OLED TV didn't have; It's got support for HDR10+ & HDR10, and even Dolby Vison! It's also the biggest TV I've ever had too! What also amazes me is that it even supports supports 120hz, even for a Fire TV! Which also makes the motion/framerate for any content smoother also compared to my previous 4K LG TV. The setup didn't take that long. Just had to update, sign into my Amazon account, and connect to the internet. So overall, I love this Panasonic 4K OLED Fire TV and couldn't recommend enough!!
