The bolt together frame is not sturdy enough to withstand twisting if the filled drum shifts while lifting. The bar for tilting the drum doesn't hold firmly on a plastic drum. As I was trying to tilt it back the drum weight shifted and was sliding sideways. I set the drum back down but the cradle twisted and split the weld on one of piece
