Order a size larger.
Size was small for listed shoe size. I tried to return. This is impossible to return. The return page locks up. The customer service phone number just drops the call. I ordered a size larger than the chart recommended. Product is wonderful. Customer service sucks.

Works AMAIZNG, got rid of my foot drop everytime I put it one, I wish the calf steps was bigger, I’m but on the heavier side and the strap isn’t long enough and loves to scrap agaisnt your calf making it raw so I don’t wear as I should unfortunately but worth the money and easy to use once you get the hang of it

You need at least a half size shoe larger shoe to get it on
A great foot brace for drop foot you didn’t even at least a half size larger shoes to get off and on, but works wellget off and on

untrustworthy
The velcro tends to slip and part of it even came off. The brace is comfortable to wear, in part because my shoes will keep it in place.

AFO's, support not cure
This item isn't as hard to wear once you get use to it, it takes the pressure off your opposite leg and foot. However you can become dependent if you just use it without other corrective measures like exercise
