I like that this is not a proprietary blend and you know exactly how much you’re getting of each ingredient. This does have KSM 66 which I enjoy. I've been taking this for a month, and really can't see if it has any really noticeable effects for me. However, the ingredients in this are well known, and the brand and packaging are pretty slick. Its made in USA, which is always a thing I insist on in supplements I take. Like I said, I've not really noticed any increase in energy or anything, but I'm in pretty good shape, and have been working out for decades and have plenty of built-in energy to begin with. For that reason, I'm not sure how much of a difference any supplement would make for me personally. But, I feel confident in this brand, and have experienced no negative side-effects.
