Goji berries
Goji berries are like raisins, little chewy - if you have dentures, try to cook the berries in a little amount of water for less than one minute- the goji berries are softer to eat that way. My husband needs that- but for me I can chew them with my own teeth. . I am 75 yrs old now and my vision is getting blurry. After seeing my doctor I was told that because of high blood pressure and high cholesterol -the blood that goes through the vein can't go through for blockage and the back of my eye is swelling , I watched from You tube that Goji berries is one of the 4 fruits that was mentioned to help with macular degenerations and other eye problems so I bought this since my husband has also macular degenerations for 4 yrs now, and while waiting for the approval of my health insurance to have an injection to my eye, I will eat this Goji berry as snack - along with other berries to help slow down the deterioration of poor vision. I also found Goji berries at an Indian market.
