So easy to use
Invaluable if you want to know the sex of your birds. So easy to use, just register your product code, take a sample, post off and get your results in a under a couple of weeks . you'll have all the info on your account and just print off your certificate.

Simple instructions. Easy to use. Results back in less than 2 weeks so much cheaper than the vet quoted ! Would recommend

Slow
I had to send samples twice because the first time they apparently couldn't get enough DNA from all 3 bird samples even though I followed their directions exactly. Second time I sent blood samples special delivery to spain and they still took 2 weeks to get the results back to me. Also not convinced they're even correct judging by the behaviour the birds are already displaying

DNA testing was incorrect had to re test at different center.
DNA test from Pollygene was incorrect . Led me to believe my bird was something that it wasn’t . My observations from the birds behaviors , molt changing colour proved different from the DNA test said . Therefore I needed to re test I did so in a UK DNA test center and what I thought they were supposed to be came back correct. All DNA sampling was done best of my ability with but still it came back incorrect. As well as this the test took 3 weeks for results to get back to you which is so long. I would not recommend.
