Dr. Tobias Colon Everyday Health Psyllium Fiber Supplement for Gut Health

If you are looking for a bit more natural alternative to Metamucil, this is such a winner. I can't stand plain psyllium powder; the taste makes me gag no matter what I mix it with. So I need something with a strong enough flavor to cover the taste of the psyllium. Metamucil does that well but as a person who drinks a fiber supp every morning consistently, I didn't want to be drinking all the food dyes and other additives of Metamucil every day. This has significantly less of those, but still a good strong flavor to cover the psyllium taste. It's colored with beet powder instead of dyes, sweetened with stevia, and has no mixing agent additives. That being said, without the mixing agents it does not dissolve into water like Metamucil does. So you have to tolerate a textured drink / re-stir between sips. I don't mind that. The strawberry flavor is really delicious and with the texture of the powder kind of evokes a strawberry smoothie. Just note that the serving size and scooper here are about half the size of Metamucil and most other fiber supps. So you will need to double the serving and have 2 scoops of this one to get the same amount of fiber. I do 2 scoops of this in a nearly full pint glass of water and that winds up comparable to other fiber supps.

This product does what it says it will do. It is extremely effective, on a daily basis. Mixed with water it tastes like strawberries, and is an excellent value for the money! Easy to swallow and excellent quality. I will continue the daily regimen because it works!

The fiber content is sufficient. I love the effectiveness of it. It blends well with cold or hot beverages. It is just TOO SWEET! It makes me regular too.

What I love about this product is that it does taste great. Now if you don't like sugar, than you may think that last sip is over powering, but I just drink a glass of water behind it to flush my mouth. I am not getting the same effects that every one else is. It still takes days for a bowel movement, but that is better than what I was dealing with before, so I will consider that a win. I am a fan of Dr. Tobias products. They always seem to work for me.

This is great! It taste like Bai water, so that's a big plus. Easy to drink! You don't need to stir and drink. Just mix well, drink kinda fast.

I literally use it every day at night great product I wake up and I can go to the bathroom every morning now without struggling. I'll keep buying you should to if you get constipated easily like me. It's even helped me lose weight.
