What can I say - another great Amazon find! I suffer from endometriosis, and this portable heater has been an absolute game changer, especially while at work. I'm a nurse in a hospital, constantly on my feet, and this device truly got me through the day. The heat gets wonderfully warm (huge plus) and the battery life lasts much longer than I expected. It auto shuts off and has multiple heat and massage settings - through I personally didn't use the massage function (feels more like a vibration). The adjustable straps keep it securely in place, whether I'm using it on my lower abdomen or my lower back. It worked great for both areas! Bonus: it's compact enough to fit easily in a standard size bag, so it's perfect for travel too. High recommend for anyone dealing with chronic pain, cramps or needing discreet heat relief on the go!!

Bought this as a gift. She appreciates that it's portable and it does help to ease cramps during menstruation. She's even worn it out and it's not detected under the oversized sweats and sweatshirts/hoodies that everyone wears these days. It's versatile in that you can heat your stomach or back depending on where pain is radianting from. But two other models and they all seem to work about the same.

My girlfriend literally put her pleased face and she said "good night", I assumed she loves it. 4 stars because I ordered the black one and the post said the color is black but is actually grey.

Great for cramps, but battery dies fast

I gave this heating pad 4 stars because it definitely does what it’s supposed to. I do really like it and it saved my life during what I like to call me “bye week” The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the heat timer. I completely understand why it’s there, it’s a safety feature meant to make sure you don’t burn yourself but personally I needed to click it back on quite a bit which annoyed me. Battery life is good, it lasted a lot. It’s also super easy to use. There are just a couple buttons and you can alternate between them. I really like the strap to wrap around my back because it’s comfortable and easy to wear so it stays in place. There’s also a really soft fabric on the part that actually heats giving more comfort. It’s not heavy or bulky at all so you can walk around with it and overall I would recommend.
