I’ve been looking for a heating pad that holds a constant heat and has a high temperature. This pad holds a temperature, which is good. The instruction manual states this heating pad will get up to 151 degrees to 159 degrees. The most I could get out of it was 105.4 degrees. That’s just a tad over my normal body temperature. It did not relieve my headache as a hot shower does. I was hoping this was the answer and it’s not!

I truly enjoy ability to set heat levels as hot or cool as I need in the moment as well as the timer options! I used it nightly on my back with good relaxation of the muscles. The only reason I give a 4 star is that after 2 months it suddenly stopped working altogether. However, I took the time to look into whether there was a warrantee and emailed the company. They agreed with my assessment that it was malfunctioning and sent me a brand new one! Exceptional customer service!!
