Over the course of my life one of my activities has been that of a serious bodybuilder. I have used a number of different proteins over the course of more than 20 years. Most of them have had ingredients that just don't belong in the regular diet of living men and women but it was okay since I was burning them off. Or was it? Actually, experience has taught me that they absolutely did and do not ever belong in out diets. This product has none of those ingredients. It's got what you need. That's all. Oh, and did I mention it's very lightly (I do mean very) sweetened with stevia and nothing else. You can add your own extras to it as you see fit and whip up a very tasty shake anytime of the day or evening. My recommendation. Buy this. Use it, everyday. You'll be happy you did.
