I am well versed in probiotics. I have used several different probiotics. I bought these saccharomyces boulardii probiotics because the ones I was taking were insanely costly and these s boulardii probiotics were not only work well, but they were extremely inexpensive. I dinged it a star because it's too expensive. However, it is a good product. I use it if I have to take a course of antibiotics. It rebuilds your intestinal flora. Make sure to drink plenty of water after you take it. It's also good if you feel like you have candida yeast in your system. You must stop eating any kind of sugar or carbs, and take one of these high potency probiotics with a big glass of water first thing in the morning for a week or two. It really helps me

I was on IV Zosyn for 6 weeks and my stomach was really messed up. I started taking 5 billion CFU Saccharomyces 2 a day but they barely touched it. I was still running to the bathroom.Started taking these two days ago and the water in the bowl is now clear.I'm seriously impressed.
