The rose smell is a little strong for me in the moment but oh my goodness does it help.

Scent is too much
Maybe helpful for some people but for me it did nothing. I bought this for ingrown hair issues from shaving, did not help any existing ingrown hairs or reduce the occurrence of ingrown hairs for me. Honestely uses a stick of deodorant post shower work better than this. This product also has an overpowering rose scent. There an oil base so it leaves that scent on your hands, your towel, your clothes, everything.

Smells like a wet dog
As far as I can tell the product works well, but it smells awful. I’m also not really a fan of the pastiness consistency. It felt like there wasn’t enough of the exfoliation ingredient.
