I am using this for the flavanols, and the fact that it has scientific backing. Clinically proven! It's pricy. It is something I will try to budget for, but it's a challenge. That being said, I like it a lot and overall find it worth it. Just a strong, natural, smooth chocolate flavor. Has bite. This is not sweetened. Have you had plain cacao powder before? If not, then you may find this slightly bitter. If you are used to dark chocolate, then this will taste just fine. I like it. Supplements dont need to taste like dessert. Just one scoop a day. I try to take it daily, but sometimes I forget. So far, I am getting the amount of servings as stated. Scoop is included. Dont use more if you are trying to get the 30 servings per bottle. I currently add it to my smoothie, but sometimes have had it simply mixed with water, or oat milk, or added to coffee. I dont always need to have is as part of some delicious drink. Just mixing with a little water and chugging also works for me. BTW, cocoa powder doesnt 100% dissolve. So if planning on adding it to coffee, just swirl your cup once in awhile in case it has sat long enough to start to settle on bottom. I read some of the reviews. Good grief, make sure to actually read the description and read the ingredients. Also, of course there is caffeine in this (also listed) because chocolate has naturally occurring caffeine. Products are filled based on weight, not volume, so yes there is going to be a half empty appearance. Powder settles. Container sizes tend to be standard. This isnt sweetened.

This is NOT COCOA, THIS IS MADE WITH CAROB ( Carob is the first ingredient which means that it makes up 50-90% of the product, cocoa is the second ingredient, I am guessing it has 3 specks of cocoa). I AM ANGRY AND DISSAPPOINTED on CocoaVia's bait and switch tactic. CocoaVia changed the formulation and it's calling it by the same name. They should called it WHAT IT IS CAROB Via. Carob and Cocoa are two different plants. Needless to mention that since CocoaVia is now using carob instead of cocoa, this product doesn't taste the same and it smells awful. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE FOOLING CocoVia. ONE WHIFF OF THIS tells you it's not the same. SHAME ON YOU CocoaVia. SHAME ON YOU FOR TRYING TO DECEIVE PEOPLE. I have been buying CocoVia Cardio Health since 2022. I had a subscription for Cocoa Via. Now.... I unsubscribed. I was very happy with the old product (the one made of cocoa). Now, I have to find something else. Thanks, CocoVia for RUININ a perfectly good product.
