I type this sitting on my weight bench at home. I took one tablet a half an hour ago. I had dinner about 2 hours ago. I must say, I haven’t started my workout yet and I’m sweating profusely. No jitters thus far. As of right now i give it five stars just for feeling like I’m burning calories without doing much. I was hoping for something that could pick me up on those foggy brained days but these are far too strong for me. They don't wear off by bedtime - I find myself inexplicably stressing out around the end of the day.
