Package arrived on time and it works brilliantly. Since being able to connect to 5G with device, I now get insane downloads speeds which I am very pleased with. Well worth the money and would definitely make another purchase from seller.

Had it for around 6 months, general web browsing and youtube is okay however will drop connection say every day or 2. Playing games with it is awful, constant ping spikes and a "micro stutter" where inputs aren't registered. Now it doesnt pick up any signals anymore.

This product arrived on time and worked fine on first use. Worked ok for a couple of months, but then decided to give up and refuse to pick up and signals at all.As it was more than a couple of months old, I contacted the seller to try and get a replacement. They replied fairly quickly promising a replacement. Unfortunately this hasn't happened and every time I chase it up with them, I get the usual line of we are more than willing to send a replacement and it will be with you soon.Well nearly two months later of going backwards and forwards with broken promises I am fairly certain they won't be honouring their replacement policy. Very disappointed.Avoid!I will edit and update if a replacement does finally arrive, but wont be holding my breath!

Got it as a replacement for my old one. Got a definite increase in Internet speeds. Easy enough to set up.

Very good product. Arrived on time, easy to install and worked as expected. So far I have not experienced any problems.

This worked fine for a few months. Good strong signal even from other rooms away from the router! Unfortunately broke after a few months. Also bad from point of view that it tip backwards out of vertical usb ports, due to weight of aerial, sometimes breaking connection. Shame it broke as otherwise pretty good!

Works well on pc upstairs. Router is downstairs underneath them. Prompt delivery. Very satisfied. Plug and play.
