Babies printed nappy design for an adult. It's a very well made adult nappy cover, for covering either a cloth nappy or a disposable adult nappy. I'm not into the ABDL thing myself, I've been incontinent for a long time and got bored with medical nappies, this printed cover, although VERY babyish, is a most welcome change. Make sure you measure before ordering as the sizing is a little big, so a Medium is a big medium. I thoroughly recommend it 👌
