We use this in our house both for the kids when they need to get some energy out, and also for us adults. It’s pretty sturdy for the price. It is, of course, not as strong as a sandbag one at the gym, but it works very well for a home solution. Usually one of us will hold it on one side, and the other adult will be on the other, if we want to get a good workout. It is easy to inflate and deflate so you can put it away if you need to. We get a pretty good workout and it has held up well. The kids have had a lot of fun with it.

For the price this is a great deal! The plastic is thick and seems like it will hold up well for my son. It’s nice that you can choose between water or sand to fill the base. We like that it’s really tall too because my son is tall for his age.

Total waste of time, materials & money. These cheapie bags suck - reminds me of the "bop bags" we had as kids - this is a joke of a bag - dont waste your dough, get a REAL bag with a STURDY base - this ain't it!

a little flimsy but still very good buy for me. I am a little afraid of cutting this open and spilling all that water on my carpet. But this is not the fault of manufacturer.

I ordered this for my son for Christmas 2024. He attends college so while he was here did his break, he enjoyed it. However, he can’t have it with him as there’s no room in his dorm. Classes have now ended, and he is home. Today, for the first time since January, he was using it. He punched it a few times, and did a practice kick a couple times as he is in aikido. You would think he kicked it with spiked shoes, but he was literally in his socks! He put it up and the next thing we know, it starts collapsing! He went over to find out what is wrong with it, and discovered a small cut like hole around the area he kicked it! I’m past the date I can get a return or refund, so this is very disappointing to only use it a handful of times and now it’s useless. This was my sons only Christmas gift from me!

I easily setup this and inflated the whole thing in just a few minutes. The quality is amazing. It is also light weight and the size is perfect for everyone. It stands very well. The price is really great for this product.

It was decent while it lasted. I bought this for my 7 year old daughter and it’s popped shortly after the return window, go figure. This was a lot less sturdy than I had anticipated and only kept it because it was a Christmas gift. I will not be ordering the same product as replacement.

There was a hole in the bottom part so doesnot even stand. No repair patches provided.

Its quality is good and it is exactly like the pictures and suitable as size and length and has been delivered on time exactly.

Good fun! If you’re expecting to kick it like an mma bag. Dont buy it. It will pop. Otherwise sturdy and a good cardio workout. Could use a bit of a thicker materiel.

It's effectively those rocking punching bags from when you were a kid. I got what I expected, but I'm also planning to go to a sticker shop for some good targets to slap on, so the product could be improved. Remember to pull out the fill port so you can get those last few liters in, the fuller you get it, the better. Also, while challenging, once the weight base is filled, you can flip it on top of the punching section. It seems counterintuitive, but if you have strong lungs but aren't tall enough to fill it while it's standing, it'll help you get enough PSI for some stiffness if you don't have a pump to compensate. When the pressure starts to flip it on its own, you quickly seal it and let go. Also, if you put it outside like me, remember to break down some cardboard boxes or put a yoga mat under it or smth to avoid damage from concrete, and protect from incidental moisture, and under cover from rain
