I’ve had this camera for about a month now! So honestly I do like the camera it has good quality I’ve ice fished as deep as 30 feet in murky water and with the leds I could see great! Personally the camera gets 5 stars. EYOYOS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS so my battery indicator lights run non stop whether the battery is pressed or not. I emailed them and asking them if it was an issue I could solve or what needed to be done. They told me they spoke with the technician team and they said everything is working fine. Finally after multiple pictures and emails they said they will send me a replacement battery. The replacement shows up and it has no battery indicator lights or button at all so they sent me a completely different battery then what came with the original unit. All in all it works just sucks I get a janky battery at least I did get a replacement.

Worked beautifully once. Second time in the water experienced a blue screen saying “No Signal”. Did all the troubleshooting recommendations to no avail. I’d say something nice about customer service but I haven’t heard from them after several attempts. Which brings me here. Buyer beware. Update. I heard from customer service after some crossed wires and they were very obliging. They sent out a replacement part right away and that solved the problem. I don’t know if the problem will happen again, but their customer service was just fine.

I really like this unit. Is Compact and easy to set up. It makes fishing more enjoyable when you can actually see the fish under the ice. It's fun to watch the fish swim up to my bait, keeps my grandkids interested. Very clear picture. Bought in 2022 and it still working great!
