Prepare for the Heat (without sacrificing taste)
I've bought several of these Melinda's multi-packs and they've always been of the highest quality. Great selection and always flavorful. And hot. Spicy hot. The Scorpion and Ghost Pepper sauces seem to be the cap as far as heat goes, but even their Habanero will take a bite out of you if you're not ready for it. And the Ghost Pepper Wing Sauce surprised me, not just with it's heat (which was expected) but the flavor which seems to go with just about everything. These really are great sauces and the price can't be beat. Highly recommended.

False Advertising
I am updating my review about the hot sauce as my opinion has changed after trying it out for a few days. This is because Amazon refunded the money, and I wanted to be fair in my review. I must say that the hot sauce is a bit spicy. Although I was disappointed about the false advertising for the Scoville unit, the quality of the product my family likes the flavor of it is good. I recently tried out this hot sauce product and was disappointed that the advertised Scoville units were inaccurate. I was expecting a much spicier experience and found the heat level quite underwhelming. To make matters worse, the returns process was a hassle, and I had to contact Amazon for a refund. I would not recommend this product to those looking for a spicy hot sauce experience.
