There is no perfect mashed potatoes without this device

I hate making mashed potatoes - mine would turn out lumpy or gummy no matter what I did or technique I used. When doing a search I came across potato ricers - so simple - boil potatoes till fork tender - load into this fantastic gadget - add your warmed cream and butter - stir and POOF mashed potatoes with no lumps no gum - perfect steakhouse mashed potatoes!!!! I’ll never make them any other way again.
