Great supplement! My kids, 3 and 5 yo, really like them. One of them has sensitivities; he only will eat the raspberry flavored ones. My other child loves both of the flavors. I have tasted both, and they are both great flavors, very fruit-like. These are not sticky and aren't coated with sugar, so the kids are not getting sticky fingers or little pieces of sugar all over the place. The supplement seems to be a good one and helps support their little bodies to sleep better.

We LOVE these! My son has a gummie every night, before he brushes his teeth. It has helped ease headaches. He loves the flavors and enjoys guessing what color he is going to get. :) I would highly recommend these! This is an outstanding product and I highly recommend these magnesium gummies. They are so tasty, great quality, and a great price! I love Zahler products and chapter one vitamins and prefer them over other brands for myself and my kids. I’ve tried a ridiculous amount of vitamins over the years and I love these! I love giving my kids magnesium as it has so many benefits, but after using this one, I ended up going with one that wasn't a gummy. My kids did like the flavor though!
