A very well made pot. I have another, different size from a different maker, and this construction is so much better. Does it make better coffee than the other, cheaper pot??? Not sure there's a difference, but the way I drink coffee (cup size esp - big enough for ¾ of a mug which given the strength is OK with me - and can always add water to make it bigger), this one suits me so much better than others. And it makes a far better cup than my French Press and Drip. machine. While a little more involving than those two, it is still very easy to use.

Bought this as a replacement pot and, as always with Bialetti, it’s excellent. The build quality is far better than the cheaper alternatives, and the fact you can buy spare parts means these pots last for years. The ground coffee included wasn’t really to my taste, but that’s just personal preference — the pot itself is brilliant.

Oh my gosh Made Home made latte using pot, I brought this to save ££ on lattes I get from a cafe that disappoints me with the bitter taste However with the first sip from this pot I knew I had a winner So glad because the taste is so much more distinct but subtle not overpowering but flavourful I'm excited for mornings :) I've been to Naples, their pizza is amazing and olive oil too. To now see this, I feel grateful for the cratfmanship. On sale for £25 with 250g of ground coffee, couldn't be happier with how satisfying the latte was Didn't use their ground coffee as its number 8 in intensity - I'm wanting to sleep later on :) it's past 6 pm here while I drink tiny sips cautiously to not awaken the hormones responsible for alterness and preventing sleep :)

Box was in tatters but otherwise good solid product. Best of uts kind and been making some good coffee.

For me this is about the right size if you want to add frothy milk to get a full mug. So used like this it is ideal for one person.

Buyer beware. A piece of the metal body of this Bialetti Moka Pot splintered off causing it to be unusable, and hurting me in the process. Not only this but Bialetti have not honoured their warranty.

Who doesn't love a Bialetti Moka pot?? I gave away an old 6-cup and wanted to try again a couple years later. Here are some thoughts and observations: - I tried the $80 Brikka and was not impressed. The moka was no better than Moka Express, and the crema didn't really make a difference. - I mistreated my last one and it showed. I must have severely overheated it at some point, and the handle had partially melted and the aluminum was oxidizing. Take care of it and it'll last forever. - Speaking of overheating, it's really easy to make bad moka. Heat it gently, and ideally fill the bottom with boiling water before you even put it on the stove, to keep the coffee from burning. Pull it from the burner and pour it in a cup as soon as it's done. It makes an enormous difference. - I've never had a 3-cup and thought I might regret it, but in the end I've found it to be an excellent size. Just a bit over one espresso cup full. Perfect for a quick drink, if you want to follow up with regular coffee, if you just don't want a whole pot, etc. FYI, I'm told it will not really work to make a half-serving in a 6-cup pot, so just get the 3. 12, 6, and 3 cup versions shown.
