I bought this vibration plate for home use and loved it from the first time I used it. It's so easy to use: you just step on, choose the intensity, and in a few minutes you feel your whole body vibrating. I like it because it helps activate my legs and abs, and I even feel my circulation improving while I use it. Something that gave me a lot of confidence is that it supports up to 450 pounds, which shows that it's a very sturdy and stable machine. When I'm on it, it feels firm, safe, and well-built, without that feeling that it's going to wobble too much. That's very important to me in this type of equipment.

We’ve been using this machine for over two weeks, and I love it. I bought it with the idea of moving more without leaving the house, and my wife and I share it. She feels reassured knowing it supports up to 450 pounds, so she feels completely safe using it. It’s stable, quiet, and we enjoy it for everything from exercises with the bands to simply improving circulation and moving a little each day.

Value for money is fair. I haven't used it as much as I should, though, because while the remote looks pretty easy to use, it's not. And neither are rhe manual controls on the plate. Yes, I'm 'older' (56) but technology doesn't phase me so I don't feel it's user error. I haven't gone past the easy setting yet because it definitely shakes you up! I do plan on using it more often.

This is one of the best items I have purchased on Amazon in a while! I use it for so many things. I sit with my feet on it for leg cramps. It relieves legs cramps so well. I wake up in the middle of the night with horrible leg cramps. I just put my feet on it for a cycle of 15 minutes on high and sometimes if I am laying down and have my feet on it, I fall asleep. I also exercise on it. I have even stood on it when I have a migraine and it has made my migraine go away. It has helped me with back pain. I am super amazed at how many things this has helped. When I first saw people on it on social media, I just thought it was the next fad or scam. Well I was super wrong. With the vibration helping leg pain, back pain, hip pain, migraine pain and I also exercise on it....it has become my favorite appliance. Try it out. You will not be disappointed! It has a remote, so you can use that to turn it off and on. It has 4 different levels of vibration and a timer that sets at 15 minutes. I am still trying to figure out some of the buttons on the remote, but it seems to not matter as I am enjoying it anyway!
