THESE FAUX MOTHER OF PEARL BLANKS ARE GREAT! I'm thankful I decided to take a chance on these. When I purchased these, they were NOT highly rated. The two pieces I received look spectacular and even better than the product display pictures.

It's not abalone.
It's plastic. Anybody can see and feel it. I won't use this crap in the jewelry that I sell.

Unable to cut with a diode laser
Product was fine but I wasn’t able to cut it via a diode laser unfortunately.

Dull encased in plastic
Don't run this through your laser printer, it's plastic of some sort any completely lacks luster, melts in a laser printer and almost caught fire. Even under resin there is no fire to the "abalone".Sheet also arrived warped

Product good but shipping is slow
Needed for a project so I chose prime “get it by “ I think it advertised as 2-day but it took way longer almost two weeks. So, just beware of that.
