It said it was “contoured to fit around your waist comfortably and is naturally flexible to allow for a full range of motion.” After experience, I understand how it described to fit your shape. I know this may be an overlooked quality in a lot of items, but as a girl who had a body that doesn’t fit the norm, I can appreciate a product like this. A lot of waist trainers only seem to fit a certain body shape that looks like an hourglass, but realistically a lot of people do not fall under the category. This product provided a flexible material that formed to any shape that I was at the time. I have used this product over a long period of time, and I have found that it adapts to any form that you are at the time. There were times where I was working out extensively and this was the perfect trimmer for me, but there were also moments where I was at a poor shape of my life and this product was my best friend. I have read many reviews on trainers of this sort that claimed that these type of products didn’t provide any results, but from the top reviews I found that if you “trust the process and workout, the results are guaranteed!”. A lot of workout products of this sorts do have a lot of claims that are unrealistic, and that does serve true to those that do not have the habits to back the product itself. This item in itself, provides a lot of opportunity to those who put physical activity into their daily life. If you want to actually lose weight, then this product is good for you. The Sweet Sweat provides the addition to your work outs that you need. You shed so much more sweat and weight through your workouts, and even if you wear this through your daily life, you will see great results. With this product, I took a chance. I gave it goals that I wanted to reach, and with the work that I put in, the Sweet Sweat took care of the cracks that I needed to fill in. I ordered it during a larger point in my life, but even with the weight I had loss; this product had accommodated to the shape I was during very different points of time. Spending a very minimum amount of money, this product not only provided results but also was able to last during diverse stages of my life, is money well spent on an efficient product I truly believe in.

Received my waist trimmer and was happy to see color was exactly as shown in picture. The quality seems much better and has the adjustable Velcro to strap. The waist band is soft and comfortable. Haven’t used it yet so not sure how much of sweat will this band induce alone. Gave 4 stars because I need to try it and see if the new version is much improved. Box arrived destroyed, but product was in good condition.

It’s secure and works great! Would by again! It also helps with my lower back pain with the compression of it. From smaller workouts to bigger ones I also have extra sweat underneath it.

I’ve been using Sweet Sweat consistently during my workouts and I can honestly say I love it.
