Very effective
I received yesterday and I am impressed. Recently I have had our decorator putting up thermal wallpaper and found that it has made a difference in areas that were clearly a problem. However, I was just taking at a guess where these problems were and before spending money having our bedroom done I thought that I would be more prescriptive. I used this in our bedroom and saw that the walls were not the problem but the ceiling! Its a 20 year old loft conversion and I think insulation materials were not so effective then. The picture i supply clearly shows the joists and the cold areas where insulation should be effective.

Great for the price.
Performs well for a lower resolution sensor. Software is good and easy to use. Camera feels well built. Images look better on an oled screen.

Great bit of kit
Great value for money, does what you need it to do for under £100 it’s very good. Our company will be purchasing more of these for damp and mould surveys

Good camera but no good for circuit fault finding.
Great camera, works well, but doesn't have a good enough resolution for working on circuit boards, components all appear as one big "blob" which isn't suitable for fault finding individual components.. I'll be returning it as that was what I purchased it for sadly.

The hottest little FLIR't
So impressed with this piece of tech. Smaller than I expected but punches well above it's weight. Great value too. Smartphone or Tablet this kit does the job perfectly. The picture in picture feature is brilliant being able to see the same view from both the normal camera lens and FLIR is very useful. Highly recommend.

Looks good but won’t work with older iPhones
Bought this camera to use with an iPhone 13 Mini (lightning connector). Having bought Lightning to USB-C found that it still doesn’t work. I’ll hang on to it as I’m getting an IPhone 17 soon. I might update the review after that.

Great piece of kit.
I'm having great fun with this. Bought to check for cold spots in insulation and perfect for the job. Also fun coming across outlines where the cats have been sleeping previously. Having a slight issue with the software wanting to redraw the contrast between cold and hot for every view. I'd like to stop the scale changing if I can, maybe its a hidden function.
