Very potent supplement. I only take one a day and I find it keeps me very chill, focused, and my mind from spinning.

Not totally as pictured
While this product helps me greatly, it's not as pictured. The standardized withanolide percentage isn't listed on the label of the one I received. It would be great to know that I'm getting a product as stated in the description. Perhaps I'm just getting old stock and I hope Sandhus is aware of this.

Easy to swallow capsules, & blissfully sleep!

Works great
Works very well for helping me sleep. I most times only take one capsule instead of the two that is the dose listed. I have taken gummies of ashwagandha before trying these, but found the taste became an issue. In the end these work, are easy to swallow (despite being a bit large), are a value for the price, and work. So I would recommend.
