Holy cow, this AED beeps every 10 seconds once the battery goes low! Glad to get this replacement battery, although it’s pricey.

Seller delivered item as expected; it was packaged well and is as described. A bit on the expensive side, but works as expected and the last one that I purchased lasted quit a long time, but failed to label when I installed it. This time I did so I wouldn't forget when I installed it.

Went with the name brand here due to the nature of the device they power. Didn't want a possible failure of an off brand on my conscience. The extra cost means I can sleep better at night. Simple installation.

I was about to add my negative review when a call to Phillips revealed the real culprit. If your battery keeps beeping, it may be because the PADS are expired. Look at the front panel. It will show an illustration of a man showing the appropriate placement of the pads. There is a small sticker at the base of this illustration indicating the PADS expiration date. If the PADS are expired it will cause the battery to beep.

I purchased 2 of these long life batteries with 4 year warranty. Soon as they arrived, I put them in my Phillips AED. The first one passed the self check no problem. However the second failed multiple times indicating "Low battery, replce battery". I immediately got on to my amazon account to request a replacement. Nor replacement or return is an option. What am I supposed to do with what's supposed to be a brand new long life battery that is dead? Again, I purchased two of these. The one passes the self test no problem. The second failed every time. I call Amazon who advised that these batteries are non returnable. So now I have to get with the company directly, or try to figure out how to use the four warranty. Very frustrating! In the meantime I have a AED that is down.

Lors du changement de batterie, l'appareil opère un reset qui est très lent. Bien patienter jusqu'à la fin de la procédure, sinon l'appareil continuera à considérer que la batterie est à remplacer en émettant des bips à intervalles réguliers.

Battery only lasted 3 months! Can’t seem to find how to contact the seller either

Purchased 6 batteries for our sites in November 2023, we have had to replace 1 of the batteries this month (February 2025) so for a battery that had a 4 year 'guarantee, that has lasted just 15 months at £175.00 each. However, a small price to pay for soemone's life.
