I did some research and found this combination mimics the bodies natural production of the two. I took it consistently for one month, not expecting much or it, my doctor had previously put me on metformin and spironolactone. This helped clear my acne, control my mood, and I also feel like it helped regulate my natural circadian rhythm. I’m took it for the sole purpose of regulating my hormones and staring a regular menstrual cycle, however I must mention that after 1 month on it I became pregnant. That was my ultímate goal I just didn’t think it would happen so soon, very happy with the product! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

this product is NO JOKE!!! For context, i haven’t had my period in 4 months and I was getting symptoms for it every month but nothing happened. i took these for 2 days, 2 pills each day and i got my period on the 2nd day. The results are insane! I’m so shocked and impressed. I struggle with a HIGHLY IRREGULAR menstrual cycle and these immediately helped me.

I wasn't a huge fan of these. I got these as a trial attempt to tackle some unfortunate PCOS symptoms. I stopped taking these because they were making me nauseous, so I suspect I didn't take them long enough to see any benefits. I'd thought pills would've been easier or more convenient, but I didn't like these. The pill size and everything was okay, but the side effects I didn't like, even with spreading out the dosage. There was no foul taste or anything, and (being pills) they WERE convenient enough, but not worth the side effects to me. The cost is okay, but it's not great. Unfortunately, I had to find another source. This might work for someone else, but I think I even took these with food and my body just did not like them sadly.

If you are looking for an inositol supplement, this is it! I started inositol for PCOS and insulin resistance. Within the week I dropped extra water weight, had more energy and my mood improved. Not funky taste to the capsule. Periods became more predictable. Did have some extra cramping with my first period after starting but then back to normal by the second. I actually switched off this onto another brand for one month because they were cheaper. I didn't like the taste of the capsules of the other brand so I switched back. Within the week once again my mood improved and I lost extra water weight. I just thought it was because I had recently been sick and PMSing. Nope! The brand makes ALL the difference with supplements, some just aren't high quality. This is the good stuff! The only real downsides are it is 4 capsules a day to get the full dose and its about $20 for a one month supply. For me that's worth it. And I can't say I have really experienced any side effects. Game changer for me!!!!!

Very good product, it helped me with hormonal acne

I have pcos so I've been taking this for a few years now. I remember the first time I started taking it was back in 2021 I had read about how it was good to help with fertility and I had been going to a fertility specialist who told me my only chance at conceiving was if since I had had many failed medicated and iui cycles so I figured what did I have to lose. I'm not saying this is the reason I got pregnant but I did get pregnant three months after taking this and I got pregnant again four months after starting it again in 2024 . So I think it does help my cycles and hormone levels.

Ive struggled with pcos since my late teens. Losing weight has been so hard with it and the INTESE sugar cravings were so hard to control. Ive been taking this supplement for a couple of months now and on my second bottle and I kid you not the RESULTS are amazing. This stuff works. My sugar cravings after 1 week of taking this supplement are next to none, I feel good, the weight has been coming off, of course my diet has changed but this supplement really seems to help kick those cravings. My cycles havent been as sporadic and are more on time. Previously to taking this supplement I would have fainting spells cause my menses were so heavy. They have lightened a bit while taking this. I also dont know if its this supplement but my skin is starting to clear and have been struggling with adult acne for 14+ years. This supplement is my saving grace and cannot give enough praise.

I wanted to wait a full month before giving an honest review of this product I’m currently on to my second bottle, I’ve had PCOS ever since I’ve been 15 years old I have tried several different PCOS supplements to help manage all my symptoms.. By far this is the best PCOS supplement I have ever tried.. I have never had a product that actually worked the way this one has, This completely regulated and balanced my hormones, I have always struggled with really bad hormonal imbalance, very bad mood swings a lot of ups and downs.. Since I’ve been taking this I’ve have been perfect I’ve never felt not only better but much happier and more emotionally stable, I’ve always struggled with constant hormonal acne.. I have haven’t had any new acne since taking this product, My hair has also stopped falling out…! I’m no longer having bloating in my stomach either! This product really is amazing and I highly recommend anyone who has PCOS to try this ! 5/5 product!

It has really helped with my PCOS. My periods are more regular, I feel less bloated, and it’s definitely helped reduce my cravings. I didn’t want to go on birth control, so this has been such a great alternative for me

Stopped taking it after increased spotting. Seeing online that it's frequent with this product. It's just not for me, made me more irregular than regular. However, it works for lots of other people!
