Lovely mug but a bit on the small side

I wonderful Man Utd mug, smart black and red colouring and a nice size, fared rather better than the metal sign it was packaged with, square and flat in the same bag = disaster for one. Delivery was quick but packaging was badly though out, mug was ok but other item in the bag was battered.

The cup is really nice however it was not well packaged and arrived broken in 2 pieces

Not the biggest cup but probably the only one Man United will win this season and it looks great in my office.

Fab cup, looks great, very sturdy and a nice weight, got this as a gift for my dad who has been a Man U. supporter for 75 years, he loves it, uses it every day.

Dont be a Mug !
Nice mug but its not microwave or dishwasher safe. It did not state that when i purchased the mug only realised that fact when it arrived on the packaging ! Not ideal as i like to make a milky coffee in the micro and also the mug is smaller than expected.

I’m absolutely gutted and disappointed this arrived broken as it was a present but I can no longer gift it and I’m not able to get in touch with anyone to a replacement or refund 🙄

Wow, thank you so much. My boyfriend was going to love it. You put a FRAGILE item just... in a bag. Nothing to keep it safe and to avoid this? Are we okay? Like who came to this conclusion...? And to have it at that price??? You don't think that maybe you should be protecting your product while it's being shipped? Or do you just not care about the customer?
